Par mon œuvre Une minute de silence pour être ensemble, j’aborde les liens entre la nature et notre nature humaine.

Les figures humaines abstraites deviennent des archétypes pour souligner la structure humaine commune à tous les peuples et à toutes les cultures.

Avec une pensée pour les générations futures, mon œuvre est un hymne (visuel) à la réconciliation avec la nature, à la simplicité d’être, à la collaboration et au renouveau de nos modes de vie. Peut-être ses chuchotements pourront-ils créer une brèche vers le silence qui nous habite, celui fertile d’où émerge le renouveau?

Les intempéries transformeront les sculptures au long des jours et des semaines. J’y souligne ainsi l’impermanence de la matière et de notre passage sur terre.

Through my work One minute of silence for togetherness,
I bring forward the links between nature and our human nature.

The abstract human figures it represents stand for archetypes, to remember the common structure of all human beings including all cultures and colours of skin.

With thoughts for the future generations, One minute of silence to be together is a visual hymn for a reconciliation with nature, with simplicity, with collaboration and for a renewing of our lifestyle. May his whispers reach the inner silence which lives in us, the one fertile, from where could arise a renewal!

The sun and rain will transform the sculptures through days and weeks. It underlines the impermanence of organic matter and of our passage on earth.
